1) Dermatology resident: registered in a residency programme approved by the ACVD, ECVD, AiSVD or DCACVS during 2007-2012 and not yet board-certified. Please fax or email a letter of confirmation from your mentor/supervisor to the Congress Secretariat.

One ticket is included for each Full Congress Delegate and Accompanying Person; additional tickets are available for purchase (see costs below). The Gala Dinner is NOT included in the registration fee but tickets are available for purchase.

PAYMENT METHODS
Payment is accepted by Visa, MasterCard, cheque or bank transfer. Payments must be made in Canadian Dollars. Note there is a $35 surcharge for payments made by bank transfer. Information on where to send your payment by cheque or bank transfer will be included with your registration confirmation email.
CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS
Request for refunds must be received in writing at .
Requests received before June 1, 2012 will be refunded in full, less $90 (Canadian) administrative fee.
Requests received after June 1, 2012 unfortunately cannot be honoured.
Substitutions (ie. name changes) are allowed.
